"I had a complete driveway replacement with two asphalt layers completed on 8/15/2018. I am on a hill with a basement garage which required that the paving had to be contoured precisely to direct water with respect to the downhill approach to the garage, driveway drain, adjacent retaining walls, etc. As I write this it is pouring outside and I am able to see that the runoff is exactly what it needs to be to direct the water in the right directions. The entire drive surface is completely smooth and the edges are straight and hand tamped. I selected the three contractors who quoted this job based on comments and ratings from this site. Surface Pro's quote was not the lowest I received, but I got what I paid for so I am very satisfied with my choice. Prior to accepting his bid I obtained and viewed the work done for three of their recent references who had similar work done in the Pataskala and New Albany areas and was able to confirm the quality of their work. The work was done in a professional and timely manner."

"I have modified my review to reflect the redo on my driveway. After the first installation of sealer a thunderstorm hit right afterward. I had warned the installers the storm was coming. The rain splashed tar all over my garage doors and washed out portions of the sealer. I called Premium to get them to fix and after two weeks of no show / response, I painted the garage door myself, put some crack sealer in some of the washed out spots and did my (fairly negative) review. 

After the review was published they called to say they meant to come out to repair but had been busy. Maybe. In any case, we did schedule a return and they did put down a second coat. Weather this time was perfect for sealing.

I would say if I was to use them again in the future, I would be very insistent on the weather being sunny for a day after the sealing.Even if they felt it was OK to do it, I would use my own judgement and cancel the appt if it looked like rain. If weather is good then they are fine and put down a nice seal job for a reasonable fee. 

I would probably forego any additional charges for "patching" and "high end" crack sealer they offer. The cartridge crack filler I used from Lowes does a better job than the liquid they use, in my opinion."

"It has been almost a year, and most all of the cracks are still sealed.  Trees, traffic, and ants tend to have their way with asphalt.  There is one area of the drive that is deteriorated and really should be cut out and replaced.  But that is another job.  Rhinokote came, they sealed, they made me happy.
