"I had CertaPro give me an estimate to paint six exterior shutters, along with my front door. The sales person seemed very professional and knowledgeable. One the painting crew arrived on 04/01/2019 (April Fool's Day), work was completed. I looked at the website the sales person provided me, reading the information on the recommended paint again. I noticed the paint can label online was a different color than the one the painters used on my home. The paint the painting crew used on my exterior of my home was INTERIOR paint!! I have no words to express my thoughts on that. The crew repainted my shutters and front door with the correct exterior paint. Once the crew left, I inspected the paint job a bit more. To my disappointment, the one painter just slopped black paint all over my white trim around the shutters on the second floor. I had to climb onto the porch roof, use cleaner and a magic eraser to clean the trim surrounding my shutters. Again, the sales crew was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately,they don't have painting staff that exhibits an attention to detail. They used interior paint on the exterior of my home and did a sloppy job. AVOID frustration and AVOID this company!!"

"So far so good. Painters have arrived today and we did a walkthrough. They are painting all the trim, downspouts, soffits, everything that's white. Painters are also supposed to replace a couple of wood panels over the garage door and the trim, along with a corner piece of trim in the back of the house. I will update my review after they are finished. Painting being done in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. After only receiving one coat of paint when I was told my paint job would be two coats of paint, they tell me that they applied two coats of paint on the same day. I know as well as anybody else knows you have to wait for paint to dry at least 24 hours before applying the second coat. The owner told me it only needs to drive 4 hours before applying the second coat. I explained to him that there were many areas of the house they didn't start on until 5:00 in the evening and they were packing everything up at 8:00. I got charged for two coats of paint. Every other painter told me in their estimate you need to wait 24 hours to put the second coat on and it would take at least two days to do your house. Those other painters were charging more, now I see why custom paint jobs charges a cheaper price because they claim to put two coats on and only do one. I only gave you one star because I can't give zero. I feel I'm getting ripped off for one coat of paint and I am not happy."

"Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"

"The profile for Holy Roller is lengthy and is misleading. As a consumer, you would want to trust that what is listed on the company's profile is work that can be accomplished in a satisfactory manner for all parties. I hired Holy Roller to paint a pergola and refurbish an existing patio. Holy Roller spent months on my project, leaving me without the use of my patio. I fully paid Holy Roller, but the project was never completed. Appointments were cancelled, incorrect paint was used, the company couldn't strip the paint they applied that had chipped and peeled. Construction debris was left on my property. I enlisted the Better Business Bureau's help and took Holy Roller to Arbitration. An Arbitration hearing was conducted at the office of the BBB and I received an Arbitration Award against Jim C./Holy Roller. The money was to be paid by November 1, 2018. Jim Cole has not abided by the Arbitrator's Ruling. I spent thousands of dollars with a reputable company to fix the workmanship of Holy Roller Painting. The new company removed all work done by Holy Roller and gave me a new patio within 36 hours. Please do your research before hiring this company."
