"We bought and renovated a 200 year old house in the woods. We were losing the battle with insects and mice. We had multiple bee hives and a hornet nest. Cameron was fast and efficient. He took care of everything. He is dependable and arrives when he says. We trust him with our house code. I can sleep easier not seeing a mouse, bees, ants or stink bugs any longer. We offer recommendations to everyone we know."

"Chris arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do, and even made sure our neighbor's dog was indoors while he was applying the treatment. Bugs are not my favorite and Chris was very patient in explaining the options in battling insects, including various pricing choices. He walked my property with me and made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. This is the first time we've used 1st Response but the appearance of professionalism, knowledge, patience, fairness and kindness was off the charts. I deal with a lot of vendors and these guys set the bar for courtesy and class. We are very grateful for their help."

"Very considerate, I hired them monthly to take care of fleas and ticks and they always show up and I haven't had any fleas, tics, or even lantern flys"

"James did a great job and was very attentive to my needs of insuring that my concerns were addressed and taken care of. He was also knowledgeable about how bugs do what they do and what I can do to prevent an infestation."

"Danny Talahytewa showed up right on time to spray my house for insects and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, taking the time to explain the entire process, what I should do afterward, and any next steps. I really appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude throughout the visit. Everything was done efficiently and perfectly. I would definitely recommend Danny to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality pest control service!"

"Service was very thoughtful and effective. Troy helped us safely catch groundhogs that were living under our barn, as well as a raccoon in the barn. I highly recommend Bug Sniper for any needs you may have. Troy is easy to work with and is evidently a man of high moral character and professional work ethic."

"But on the expensive side but quick to respond and resolve."

"Our lawn is very green and healthy - there is a definite line between our lawn and our neighbor who does not fertilize. When NexGreen started a few years ago, we had a lot of weeds in our yard. Now we have none most of the time, and if they do pop up, they don't last long. Our trees and shrubs, which we pay for separately, are also doing well. The cost of service shown below is the cost for both lawn ($558 for the year - 7 treatments plus fall aeration) and tree/shrubs ($266 for 5 treatments)."

"I will now only use action pest control. They are very professional, preformed an amazing job, they answered all of our questions. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and also my realtor so she can recommend them to her other clients."

"Prompt professional and thorough. We live in the country so do the bugs... but not in my house. Ants spiders and bees bye bye. I’ve already signed up for the quarterly treatments. They’re my go to for any future pest control too!!!"
