After the vanity cabinetry was installed, Bill was able to schedule the plumbing work within the same week. Tim was able to come a little sooner and approached the job as a knowledgeable, seasoned professional. He was very helpful in explaining features of the product we purchased and information about warranty for future reference. Tim as well as Bill and Rex cate about the customer and are helpful and responsive to questions. "Went well and spigot is still working great approx a year later. I've hired him to snake drains at my rental properties. I'm reschedule to have him install hardware for my claw foot tub. I had to cancel prior appointment due to my busy schedule. But I will write another review when job is completed I don't remember cost of spigot but it was an Angie's Deal. His rates are in line with other plumbers; not the lowest but not the highest. Approx $85/ hr plus parts."
