"Mike McGovern and his son Brian installed a Navian NPE-240S2 tankless water heater and removed the old 50 gallon tank. The installation required new vent piping. Mike considered several options for routing the pipes and made an extraordinary effort to implement the venting with a maximum of six elbows as specified by the manufacturer to assure adequate venting, away from windows, while still providing protection against rain. It has now been seven weeks and the new installation has performed flawlessly. I could not be more pleased with the work."

"Seth was awesome. He came on short notice ( my water heater broke and he showed up the next day for me). He was even able to come early which was a huge help. He was able to fix the heater and he was was definitely above and beyond. A must hire for any plumbing needs."

"The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and the solution options clearly. The installation of the additional equipment needed to get the heating working properly was very well done. From the initial phone call to job completion, it was a very good experience."

"Courteous and professional. Attempted to diagnose my issue over the phone, but unfortunately our water heater needed parts replaced upon site visit. Fair value and excellent service would highly recommend for plumbing needs!"

"The plumber was courteous & competent. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again if I needed help."

"James Stone was really good. We had a little confusion about the rebate for the original furnace they were going to install but we came to an agreement and I received half of the rebate due to me not being qualified for the full rebate. I was more than satisfied and they were very accommodating. Everything is working great. He went out of his way to make me satisfied. Thank you for giving me this company's information."

"It took one person about an hour to do the work. Most of the work was outside and they cleaned up afterwards. The checked for air leaks behind the dryer then conducted most of the rest of the work outside. He offered to replace the connector between the dryer and the vent line. He said I didn't need it, he didn't pressure me at all."

"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."

"Great job on the installation of a boiler and water heater. Very professional and prompt."

"I needed to get new faucets installed in my kitchen and in my bathroom. They were very professional, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and it was at a very great price. Will definitely be hiring them again."
