"It was an excellent experience! Matt is extremely responsive, and answered all of my (many) questions. The installation crew was fantastic, and I'm extremely satisfied with the result. My house looks great, and I now have the peace of mind of knowing that my roof is new and properly installed."

"The Roofing company for Home Exteriors was absolutely Fabulous, We will recommend them to everybody, We Thank You so much ... GREAT JOB.."

"Very dedicated and meticulous work. I was messaged when they started work, and given an update pictures as they went along their progress. Including when they had to replace boards. This crew uses 2 x 12 x 8 boards, or plywood, depending on what you have. And at a reasonable rate. I have seen other roofing companies charge three times as much for OSB, so it is encouraging that they use lumber or plywood. After they were done, they went around the property with a fine tooth comb to pick up any nails from the roofing. First with a magnet, then by hand for anything the magnet missed. Our roof was done in May. Since that time, we have had several rain storms and tumultuous weather. We have had no leaks at all, and the roof still looks as good as the day it was installed."

"Tommy was awesome. He assessed the roof and explained to me what he did to fix the roof where it was leaking. He also shared other options that were more invasive should I continue to have leakage. Tommy was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely use him again for any roofing issues."

"They were very quick to respond. The work was completed within a week. The supervisor of my roof repair did a walk-through with me, and he even noticed something little that I wouldn t of been bothered with, that they missed, in his mind. I would absolutely use J. Leonardi construction for all my future roof repair work."

"I our roofing consultant Steve was excellent and explaining insurance all that needed to be done is very knowledgeable about his job and we appreciate all the things that he did for us. He was very polite and courteous, and I always had a smile on his face.. all of the work was done in a timely manner and that is why I gave them a five star and we recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work or replacement. The crew cleaned up after themselves and make sure there were no nails or old shingles on the ground before leaving."

"They replaced the roof at our summer cottage a couple years ago and when it was time to get new windows, they gave us the best estimate. They were very easy to work with. Scott understood and took into account some of the historic details of the summer cottage. When it came time to install the windows and add gutters, they arrived on time, called ahead to let us know they were on the way and were respectful about where to park. The guys were all friendly and worked ho*** ** 2 very cold days. Brandon and Gabe answered all my questions and made sure all the details were attended to. And, they cleaned up well! We would recommend them to anyone!"

"We’ve used Zemco for years to maintain our aging roof, so when it was time to replace it, the choice was simple - we knew we could trust Brian to do quality work. Excellent work, the crew was efficient and very thorough, cleaning carefully every day."
