"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it wasn't too great. I was not that happy with it. They said I was supposed to call in a couple of weeks, but I thought they should come back automatically or at least contact me. They were supposed to come back and check the traps about two weeks later. I work a lot and it slipped my mind for a while. The next thing I know it was about a month or two later and I figured they would have contacted me. Their price was kind of expensive."

They were difficult to schedule, and once I did, they were kind of unenthusiastic about doing the work because I think they though of it as more work as opposed to just a landscape survey. I could tell the owner was not particularly happy that I wasn't going to spend another $500 on getting some sort of landscape architecture plan. It wasn't fun but the work was fine. I don't think it was particularly good or bad. They just used a leaf blower and stuff. Then after I got a bill for $30 for taking and he never told me and I thought that was horrible. I haven't paid it because first of all, he never notified me that there was going to be a charge and I don't see why I should pay for them taking some leaves away when they could have just left them in my lawn and the garbage man would have taken them for free."

They were forthcoming with lots of information regarding looking after our grass in order to obtain the best results.
