"Very good. Excellent service and leads of expertise. The liner that was inserted was a smooth 316 grade stainless steel titanium insert, which is arguable the best money can buy. Much better grade than the cheap corrugated aluminum foil catch fire insert that you see people on youtube do s DIY, or other chimney "specialists" do on occasion."
