"Mr. Arsenault was professional, punctual and very easy to do business with. At the start of the project he made extra trips to the house at a convenient time to discuss colors and other details. After we agreed on what work was included and settled on the price, he offered a number of extra items at no charge (I only covered the cost of materials), minor repairs, cleaning the roof and the gutters, painting the drain pipes, the gutters, the shutters, lighting fixtures and the foundation, getting a pair of replacement shutters.
