"Derek came out to the house around 10am on Wednesday, He was up on the roof in less than two minutes and started working. He removed all of the old flashing around my chimney and completely rebuilt it and sealed it. Looks much better than before. He then ripped out three places on the roof where some of the plywood beneath the shingles was water damaged and need replacing. He installed new ice and water shield in those areas an re-shingled the area. Derek took down an old satellite dish that was long past any service contract. He sealed all of the penetration's from any hardware used to secure the dish to the roof and hauled the old unit away. He replaced a lot of various flashing around the roof and only adjusted the flashing in other areas. Sealed all the exposed nails on the entire roof. Where there were any vents on the roof for sewer gases, ventilations form the range, bathroom ventilation fans, attic venting fans: He completely removed them, shingles and all, then he installed new ice and water shield, replaced the flashing, re-shingled them, and completely sealed around each vent. Derek worked from the time he arrived until he put his ladder back on the truck. He even went around and blew off my driveway and my deck. Really, beyond what was quoted. He was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and didn't leave anything behind. I couldn't have had a better experience with a roofer. I would hire Skyview Roofing again without hesitation. Give them a chance to send you a quote. Good folks."

"Since their initial installation of our Gutter Rx guards, Shine Bright has been out twice to fine tune a few areas of mesh where the upper roof spouts empty into the lower roof gutters to better accommodate bouts of torrential rain - both with no additional charge. Following our paid Winter clean-out (yes - even guards must be cleared annually to prevent problems if you have a LOT of tress), Tony sent two men out to do an additional mini-clean out of Spring oak pollen strands and caulk a leak from behind another gutter that was a result of poor initial installation when our home was built - again both for free! Tony and his techs are great guys - very professional, polite and responsive - and I could not recommend them or the Gutter Rx guards more highly. Quick note on the latter: very reasonably priced and very effective!"

"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"More drama certainly than I'd hoped or intended with this transaction:
- Took a fair bit of effort to communicate, coordinate, and see the project through
- Weather-Tite asserted that the roof had hail damage, necessitating engagement of insurance assessor who (maybe unsurprisingly) disagreed; ultimately no action was taken based on the differing assessments of this unplanned issue
- When work was ultimately performed, there was an incident wherein a caulk gun was dropped off the roof and onto our car's windshield and hood, necessitating windshield replacement and body work
- On the latter, Weather-Tite immediately took responsibility and did pay for this, but again payment receipt took some prodding and reminding before it was finally received
