"Went well. We called and left a message at night after the storm. We got a call back at 8am the next day and Travis came out a few hours later to give us an estimate. The crew came about 6pm that same day and had it all done within an hour. They cleaned up everything besides the wood chips from the stump grinding that they used to fill the hole with."

I asked if that included the removal of the remainder of what the stumps provided. He said yes. I was put on his schedule to do but they showed up and I didn't know till my neighbor told me. I talked to Mike and asked if they could goodwill the additional money needed of 500.00 as he knew my budget was tight. He ranked with his partner and they said no. "Keith and I dicussed the scope of this project and agreed on a price. His crew is professional, friendly and always in good spirits. No nitpicking about removing twigs and branches here or there. They broughtback the natural fom of mature oak trees. One oak ,surrounded by bushes, near a fence and close to the house was cut down piece by piece with no damage. The stump was ground with no visible signs left. The final clean up made the property look better than in a long time. Great work !

If you want to hire someone who is punctual, diligent, and obviously cares about a job well done, I highly recommend you seek out Torres Tree Service! A bit of background: I had called three other tree companies for a fairly small job, including two large, well known ones. Two of the three never bothered to show up for our original estimate appointments. When the second did finally did (after changing the time AGAIN and then still being an hour and a half later than expected), the quote was high, and the contractor got into an unsolicited political rant. Needless to say, he was off the list. I remembered I had received a card in my mailbox from Torres Tree Service. I sent a message, got an almost immediate response, and Jovanny showed up that same afternoon - at exactly the time we agreed upon. We went over the job, and he even offered to begin that evening! We instead agreed that he would come the next morning at 7:30 beforeI had to leave for work. Again, he was spot on time, had a smile on his face and a great attitude. When I got home at 4:30, he was finishing the clean up (including hauling all the debris away). By around 6:30 that evening, he was completely finished. The work was done exactly to spec, and he cleaned the area immaculately, leaving barely a leaf on the ground! This included clearing a lot of thorns and brush, which one of the other companies didn't want to touch without charging an additional 1500.00. Torres Tree Service's pricing was way below the other quotes I received. My Spanish is rudimentary at best. Though Jovanny speaks English, he did call an associate who made sure all of the details of our conversation and agreement were clear before the job began, and again when he finished.
