"I got estimates from 4 different flooring companies on Angie's List, and even during the estimate process, Zack stood out for being more professional and for the love and expertise he has of his craft. Zack and Sam were a pleasure to work with, as well as Fernando and his son who did the install. It was important to me that whatever company I chose had long-standing employees, and not laborers picked up for a quick hire. Zack was the only one who had been in business 20 years, and I could tell from the way they all worked together and spoke about each other that they were like family. Their professionalism, and communication made the process smooth as we were dealing with multiple contractors in the house on different projects. For a two-week job, they finished 6 days early. (!!) My wife was elated, because we could move into the house more than a week early, because of where the weekend fell. Two entire floors of wood including stairs, ripping up carpets, and adding and painting trim. The job was fantastic, and I could not recommend these guys enough."

"First let me say that I NEVER write reviews. Ever. But I felt compelled to review Mr. Sandless after seeing my “new” hardwoods floors! My floors has seen much better days...it had 17 years of scratches, fading, stains and build-up to the point that I thought it was hopeless and that refinishing was my only option. The cost and process of refinishing, however, was so daunting that I delayed for far too long! When I happened upon Mr. Sandless online that promised similar results for a fraction of the cost and time commitment, I figured I’d hear them out. Bryan was prompt and courteous when he came to my house for a free evaluation and was so reassuring that he could bring my tired floors back to life. He was so knowledgeable and seemed so capable in terms of floor rejuvenation I decided to give it a chance, despite my reservations that he’d never be able to get my floors looking good again. Looking good is the understatement of the year! I was not prepared how AMAZING the results were!! I don’t remember my floors ever looking so good, even brand new!
