"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. The Highland Contractor crew came as scheduled.  A large dumpster was delivered with great care.  Each man was very hard working, highly skilled, and very pleasant.  They epitomized cooperation, efficiency, and teamwork.  Phil stopped by frequently to inspect the work as the job progressed.The tear-off was conducted with care and the site was cleaned up very well after each day.  The new roof was installed with great attention to the details and looks great!  They started on Thursday and were done with the job on Sunday.

"Mr. Nikalis Voelker recently fabricated and installed new doors to replace the deteriorated ones on my shed. Additionally, he skillfully removed the existing roof and replaced it with a new one. Despite my initial skepticism about the roof repair so close to winter, Mr. Voelker strategically executed the task during a period of minimal rainfall, fulfilling his commitment. The shed now exhibits a pristine appearance. I am pleased with both the level of communication throughout the project and the final outcome. Consequently, I have already engaged Mr. Voelker for another upcoming project."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
