"Went very well. Complete in 2 full days with a 2-person crew. They paid particular attention to aesthetics afterward which I appreciated. Most positive part was, they finished the day before a torrential rain storm which washed away much of the disturbed soil (where the drainage pipe was buried) as well as mulch and some river stones. I informed them and, without my realizing, they returned to my property, cleaned everything up and left quietly. When you do jobs like this, things can go wrong (including the uncontrollable, like inclement weather). What I appreciated was how responsive they were and how they ultimately made it clear that they wanted to do a good job for their customer. Lily, the project manager was great. The crew did a good job. The price was at par with other places but I'll take that + great communication and responsiveness any day. I've already referred them to 3 others in my neighborhood and I will definitely use again."

Zeke came out and immediate found a faulty valve and fixed it. He also found a number of leaky and broken heads. He came back a few days later and repaired the entire system. Our backyard was useless with standing water and a mud pit under our deck, but Troy installed a french drain system and buried several downspouts to divert the water away from the middle of the yard and installed some river rock with a border under the deck to make it an attractive area versus an eye sore. Will definitely be hitting Troy back up for some more landscaping work in the spring."

"This went well. My lawn was much thicker a year later, more like a rug, and it looked much more healthy. They were the only lawn specialists who pointed out that soil in my area is "clay-based" and that required continual watering. This was different from the "gardner's" advice on the radio. It worked. They suggested setting up electronic lawn systems with timers. All very good. My only problem is that they failed to fertilize my back yard several time. That lawn has declined."
