They provided a detailed estimate with pictures showing how the finished product would look and the cost for parts and labor. The instal took one day and the crew was professional, clean, and courteous. For his part, Jimmie was always available whenever I had any questions. The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly. "I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.
