He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. They did a great job communicating timeline, expectations, and options up front, and then executed the job really well.  Steven and his team were all helpful and easy to work with. The offer was competitive as well. Job site was thoroughly cleaned up after. Pierpoint Construction worked with us to change an the aging master bathroom layout to a wonderfully modern, bright, and practical master bath. The old shower is now a spa-like double shower with seat and niche. The old tub is now a modern freestanding tub with floor standing faucets and shower fixture. The two individual vanities were replaced with one single wide vanity. And the floor and wall tiles were replaced with better quality materials. We got our dream bath. "Excellent experience dealing with Beyond Exteriors. Very professional, quick to respond out to provide estimate, and were able to come out the following week to do the job. They installed new gutters and downspouts, leaf guards, and repaired fascia for me, and did a wonderful job. I've had contractors do work at my house, and some are good with clean-up while others aren't. Aside from the fact that I had new gutters etc installed, I couldn't even tell that the installers had been to my house b/c they didn't leave any debris behind. Also, great customer service. I rec'd a call the day prior to confirm installation, then a call afterward to follow-up. Very professional. I think their prices may be slightly on the higher end, but, being a gov't worker, I know that choosing a project solely on price is not always beneficial for the customer. I've learned that you pay for what you get. I am very happy with the level of customer service and quality of work received from BE; can't emphasize this enough. I know I'll need a new roof eventually, so I'm definitely going to call them again. I recommend Beyond Exteriors for 1.) quality of work 2.) great customer service 3.) promptness of installers."
