Bair had samples to my door within a few days and caled with an estimate hours after measuring. The carpet is beautiful and very well done. "The sales call was very professionally handled.  Each room designated for carpeting was measured and questions posed as to how I wanted to have specific areas handles.  When installers arrived, they were very polite and quickly got to work.  They worked tirelessly all day moving heavy furniture and installing both the pad and carpeting.  They carefully moved furniture back as the rooms were finished.  The installers were quite experienced and worked efficiently and quickly.  I couldn't have been more pleased. <br />"

"Spoke with Ryan the owner. He was very courteous returned my phone call quickly. He gave me an excellent price estimate. Cleaner was professional and prompt. Equipment was self-contained in their truck mounted cleaner. Only needed access to a water spigot. Carpet repair was small and they used what he called a cookie cutter. If I didn't know where the repair was, you would not be able to spit where they did the work. Overall - I was very impressed with their excellent work. And I would recommended them whole-heartedly."
