Gil gave a reasonable quote after inspecting our old system to replace with a new heat pump. Installation were delayed due to personal issues but when we really needed heating once the temperature were dropping, he made it his priority to finish it. During installation there were issues with the old duct work which made the work more difficult. He didn't upcharge us at all to fix it. We very much appreciated in working with him and would gladly repeat doing business."

Shortly afterwards, we had a wicked bad storm and lost power for 2 days, so we really needed the propane. They even topped off my tanks during the power outage, not because I called, but because the driver was in our area and wanted to be sure that we had enough fuel to keep our generator running until power was restored.
