Installation were delayed due to personal issues but when we really needed heating once the temperature were dropping, he made it his priority to finish it. During installation there were issues with the old duct work which made the work more difficult. He didn't upcharge us at all to fix it. We very much appreciated in working with him and would gladly repeat doing business."
