"Cool Air Mechanical LLC delivered exceptional service with our water heater installation! From the moment we scheduled the appointment, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They assessed our needs thoroughly and guided us to the perfect unit for our home. Installation was seamless—efficient, clean, and done with care. We appreciated the technicians’ attention to detail and their willingness to explain everything clearly. What truly stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They even followed up to ensure everything was running perfectly! It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine courtesy. Highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical for anyone in need of top-notch HVAC or plumbing services. They’ve earned our trust and future business!"

"I am VERY disappointed in my experience, even though it started out positively. Justin, the sales rep, was very helpful and I paid my deposit right after Christmas. However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."

"This company stands behind their work I highly recommend them! We recently had our hot water tank replaced with a national brand; however, within 6 months the unit was totally out. We called them they showed up immediately and after it was determined that the defective part would have to be ordered and we would be without hot water for two additional days without hesitation they picked up a new tank replaced it no questions asked! Thanks, Carl, for all your professionalism explaining everything you were doing every step of the way."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"Our experience has been great. We had issues with our air conditioner. We scheduled online with Aaron’s for the next day. We received a reminder email with a photo of the tech. Hunter Hall was the service tech who came out and repaired the unit. We needed a new coil and Hunter came back and promptly installed it. He was very personable and friendly. Thanks Hunter!!"

"I had issues with my toilet running randomly for 5-10 seconds. It costs me $345 for him to put in a new valve however, he didn't switch out the cylinder, which was the cause of the issue. This caused the bowl to have almost no water. I called them back and explained there's no water in the bowl and they sent the same guy back. He stated this is a "low flow" toilet and that 1/2 cup is sufficient water. 1/2 cup is not sufficient and before he came, my toilet bowl filled up without issue. He finally admitted that he didn't know how to fix it as I kept stating "before you, I had water. After you, I do not. It's not that it's a low flow as the bowl filled before you got here". I also had him swap out a toilet in my spare room (big mistake as that was another $800) and instead of changing out the lid with the new toilet, he used my old lid that slammed down almost breaking the toilet. Who knows what he did with the lid that should've been added to my new toilet."
