"I called Grant Drywall for an estimate to repair about a 3'x3' hole in the ceiling caused by a leaking HVAC condensation line. He asked if I could send a picture of the damage and he sent me a quote based off the picture. This was very convenient for me since this is a rental property and I didn't have to make a trip out for an estimate. He showed up on time and completed the job within the timeframe provided.
