It made quite a mess when he used the auger to clear the blockage, much more than a "normal" clog would, because the line was plugged with instant mashed potatoes (Now I know not to do that again). In the end he had to come back with a special tool to clean out the drain, but it worked and the sink is as good as new now. The "B" for quality was because it made a horrible mess when he used the drain auger on the line. He cleaned most of it up, but left more than I should have expected for me to clean after he had gone. Also, the price was at the high end of what the price guide said to expect, even after he gave me a discount for having to leave and come back the next day."
