The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is fantastic."

Their quote was done in a timely manner and was the most competitive. They tore off at least 4 layers of old roofing and installed a new one in less than a week. "I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. I had estimates from two other companies that were several thousand dollars more than what the total cost ended up being with Romvil A1 Roofing & Remodeling LLC. "We had this company come out in November to fix a leak, which we paid a good amount of money on. Less than a week later, the leak started back up. They came back and fixed it no charge. Leak started again. They then came back, reassessed it, charged us more, and fixed it. It was then okay. 4 months later, the leak is back. Really disappointed, would not recommend. Terrible communication, was never sure when they were going to come by, and after it all the problem is still not solved. Out $6,000 for nothing. Great."
