I was genuinely concerned he had a family emergency or something. It turns out he didn't and he just decided to leave the job for an unknown reason. To this point, he has not contacted me to let me know why he did this. Instead, he confirmed with another customer, who I had referred to him, that he was available to go look at his unit today. This was very shocking. I had even referred Javier to a colleague to paint his entire home, and was optimistic would be a good fit for many painting projects moving forward.
