"Mark was very responsive whenever I reached out to him, but there was no follow-through on his part. He came out to my house to talk about scope, but seemed distracted and left without getting the full job scope from me. After a week without receiving the estimate, I checked in with him and he gave me a reason for the delay that was understandable. <br /> A month after, I checked in with him again. He wanted to come out to my house a second time. I responded by sending a document detailing the work we wanted to complete, and told him to let me know if he still felt it was necessary to come out a second time. It's a month later now with no response. We went with a different contractor. <br /> One thing to Mark's credit, he seems knowledgeable and has good contacts in the industry. We might consider him in the future for less critical work, but I was pretty disappointed that he didn't seem to take me seriously as a potential client. <br />"
