"Great! This team was very responsive, provided a fast free estimate, offered a very competitive rate and when accepted they quickly responded with a detailed contract. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed via text, email and phone. They're work is excellent and they were very thorough with the clean up. I have already asked for an estimate on deck work. I highly recommend York River for your landscaping needs."

"This is the second time weâ ve used their services. First time was for a patio installation. This time was for enlarging the driveway (timbers/stone). Efficient, courteous, service leading to a job well done."

"Company installed a new paver patio and did some irrigation work. Great communication from the time we hired them through completion. Due to weather the project was delayed several days so in installation day at least 5 or 6 workers showed up early. They worked the entire day and completed the project. It looks amazing. I would recommend this company again and again to anyone."

"Easton Outdoors is the best experience my wife and I have ever had with any professional service provider. It is not even close. I will write a longer version below, but for those who do not like to read long reviews, here are the key points: They are incredibly professional and communicative, contacting you with weekly updates and quick to respond to any inquiry. The pricing is competitive and transparent, and the end product is worth double what you pay. The design and craftsmanship are outstanding some of the best I have ever seen. - The vibe of the owners and their team is incredibly positive. They all seem genuinely happy to work with you on your project and to bring a little outdoor joy into your life. Our backyard was a bombed-out mess, beaten up by two dogs, and with three kids and busy lives, we had not put in the time to keep it up. My wife is a longtime gardener, and going back there bummed her out more than it inspired her. After a difficult year that included a cancer diagnosis, we finally decided to invest in making a garden space that would inspire us to get outside more. After talking to five or six local contractors, we were left feeling discouraged and frustrated. Each raised a different set of reasons why the project would be difficult. It was either too much of a hole to dig, too much red tape to cut through, or too difficult a location to navigate the crane we would need to install the Soake plunge pool (check them out; they are amazing) we were planning or too damn expensive. Our frustration reached an all-time high, and we were close to ditching the project together. And then we met Micah. Within a month, we had signed a contract, and he had ordered the pool to all our specifications. Where others saw impassable barriers (getting a crane into our yard), Micah saw multiple ways to get it done. Where others offered outrageously expensive proposals to deliver what we had hoped for, Micah gave us options we could afford and pick from. Every step with Easton Outdoors was yes, we can make that work. And they did. By the time the project was done, it was so much better than what we had imagined that it still awes us almost two months later. A space that was unusable is now one where we spend every evening even in the dead of winter, we are usually in our pool 4-5 nights a week (it heats up to 104 degrees). The bombed-out yard feels like a high-end boutique hotel. The entire process was not only stress-free, but it was also actually fun!Micah and his team were on top of everything throughout the whole project. The work was always stellar. The communications were always prompt and friendly. The billing was very reasonable and never a surprise. And everyone on his crew seemed genuinely happy to be doing what they did, even in the cold and rain of December. The attention to detail was impeccable and our yard was left in better condition than where it started. We could not be happier with the end product and the experience working with Easton Outdoors was incredible."

"Excellent, smooth, and very friendly professional service. Always going the extra mile to ensure the best quality product. Cleaned up during and after the project to ensure an eye pleasing work site to the very end. Very attentive and patient, always making time to keep you updated on the progress and guiding you as to what they are doing. Never intrusive, always planning and prepared for the job. Created the grandest retaining wall ensuring no more erosion and a more useful landscape for years to come."

"Excellent work replacing our backyard patio!"

"Installing a drainage system and pad for a shed. They were excellent in quickly following up after placing a request for estimate. The work was done professionally and quickly. They arrived on site to do the work promptly every morning at 7:30 AM to do the work. It was accomplished in less than 2 days. The crew was excellent and courteous. I commend all for a job well done."

"Chuck and his entire crew were very polite, professional, and respectful throughout the repair process and they displayed a top-notch work ethic. Almost a year has passed now since the repair work was completed on our home. We have been through one or two wicked nor'easters, and there has been zero leaking. Chuck and his team did a fantastic job. We would hire them again without hesitation. It is true that Chuck is not the easiest to reach on the phone, but if you want a situation with your house fixed correctly, once and for all, then the persistence is well worth it."

"The team did an outstanding job. We highly recommend them to others for the full range of landscaping services, to include lawn care, landscaping, patio and paver work."

"I am unhappy with the end result. The kitchen tile is okay however, after paying an extra $100 to have a wood trim install in my foyer entrance, I have been living with a defective product since late March. The trim is being held by a bucket full of book to prevent us to trip and hurt ourself. Contacted the company more than once , was promise the problem would be fix however, I am still waiting."
