"The crew that performed the rodent removal problem was very professional and courteous. Rodent problem was resolved the same day. Great Job. However the "special foam" that is supposedly a rat deterrent, was a product by the name of GREAT STUFF which is designed to seal out drafts and not rodent proof. I even called the company who makes the product, and they confirmed that GREAT STUFF is not rodent proof or a rodent deterrent nor was it designed as such.This part of the service was very overpriced. The GREAT STUFF can be purchased at home improvement stores at a very reasonable price. I bought a can and paid less then $4.00 with my discount, as I did have some draft problems. So to recap, the rodent (rat) problem was resolved in one day, which was worth the price,(this I recommend) but the foam sealing I would not recommend. Seal any rodent entrances with a combination of steel wool and heavy gauge wire mesh/screening or concrete/brick"
