This was certainly a major project, but thanks to Diandre Williams, Yasser Garcia, and Thomas Jackson from JES, there was no disruption or inconvenience to our family. They arrived on time, checked in with us, explained what was going on, and went right to work. They were professionals and kept their workplace (our driveway!) neat and clean during the entire process. After they were finished Yasser, Deandre, and Thomas spent some time with my wife and me explaining what they did and what we need to do should we have concerns in the future. They even had pictures of what was done and showed us the beams they removed. And after their truck pulled away, there was no indication that they had even been there, not even some sawdust; that was impressive."

When unclogging my tub drain took little time (unlike what a previous plumber had told me needed to be done) I asked Don to install a new bathroom sink faucet for me. While replacing, the plumbing under the sink disintegrated and Don not only went down the street to a close plumbing place for me (apprx. 1 mile) but came back and installed that too and then cleaned up the mess. "Based on reviews, I contacted Joe to see if he could replace the pump body vice replacing both motor and pump as most other pump & well well companies wanted to do for more than $1300 despite having a perfectly good motor. Joe recommended that he not only replace the body, but because of the corrosion, he recommended also replacing the impeller and internals. Joe kept me informed as he found the components and then scheduled the work. He arrived on time and did a superb job to ensure that the irrigation system was back in service.
