"It went Outstanding! This was a very positive experience from start to finish. The estimator was punctual, and professional. He kept his appointment when others were cancelling because of a little rain. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. He followed up and communicated with me over several weeks both via email and telephone. When I selected WT Anderson to perform the work, the office personnel were excellent to work with. They scheduled the job around my schedule and answered all of my questions in the days leading up to the actual work. The crew doing the work was great as well. Very friendly and accommodating, open communication during the entire job. The crew leader communicated with me throughout the job about every aspect of the job to be sure I was happy with the progress. They completed the job in a day and cleaned up at the end. I had a lot of bad plywood requiring replacement, and they took care of that as well. After the job was complete, I had some concerns with some plywood around the chimney. WT Anderson wanted me to be completely satisfied, so they came back, removed the roofing from that area, replaced the plywood and re-roofed the area. They made no attempt to talk me out of it, or to tell me the wood there was OK. They repeatedly told me they wanted me to be completely satisfied. They even came out a third time when I found a shingle on the ground after a storm. The shingle was not from the roof but probably one that was overlooked during the cleanup. But they went on the roof to inspect and ensure there was no problems. I could go on, but suffice it to say you will not be disappointed if you hire this company. I rarely say I am 100% satisfied with a contractor's work, but in this case I am 100% satisfied. I will definitely hire WT Anderson again."

"Project Manager Joey showed up with his roofer on timeand 5 minutes later I had my quote. 40 minutes later 7 shingles were replaced with similar ones he had on the truck, the pieces of dead branch were off my roof and you can't notice the repair at all...$285 all told, this company is very good..."

"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"The representative was on time inspected the roof and supplied paperwork regarding inspectors questions. The inspector had requested some paint and caulk and our son does roofing and had made these repairs. Belvin's inspected for leaks and which were not present, and noted repairs that had been also for the buyers inspector, all in a nice folder."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "The install of the roof and gutters was amazing. Everything else was pretty awful. The sales guy didn’t clearly convey all the various options so we’re left feeling we had only one option therefore feeling overpaid for everything and the loan pay work was done wrong. We also were never given an itemized invoice of the cost of the materials and labor costs which is commonplace for contractors and illegal to not provide. The sales experience was extremely predatory. The scheduler didn’t plan appropriately so our materials were delayed and the gutters weren’t installed on time but a week later. We were promised they’d thoroughly clean our property after and yet there was trash and nails left everywhere as a hazard to our child. Also promised to have lots of pictures of the progress and that didn’t happen. We were severely up charged an extra 700$ for more materials day of the install even though it wasn’t needed. The project manager only managed interactions with us well but not with his team clearly because every aspect of this was poorly handled. If you want a roof replacement done well and quickly, definitely choose HGE but be cautious because they have left us feeling scammed for over promising and under delivering."
