The man they sent out was surly and very unprofessional, to the point when I asked him questions about the service, he turned confrontational. "Craig responded quickly to a email inquiry and was hired to completely re-do our back yard. This included adding a zone for drip line irrigation to three newly landscaped garden beds, as well as accommodate the corrected fence line. He chose at installation to simply move some existing rotors, rather than replace the lines as he had proposed. When the work was completed, only two of the three drip line beds had water available. Calls and emails were not responded to. When the drip irrigation lines were switched on this spring, they backflowed out two other zones. Not the quality of work I expected. I will have to hire another irrigation specialist to correct his work."
