"We called and visited in person the route 9 southboro location. We left a 825 cash deposit ?. We then got an install date of December 9 however we then got six inches of snow and have frozen ground. We visited after no reply To out email to reschedule install date and we were told we had to pay a 20% restock fee?!!! We didn?t customer anything . We?re never told Anything about this prior to accepting quote, inquired about dig safe and proof of insurance! When we pushed for the insurance and answers how a fence could properly be installed by hand digging when the ground is frozen they were not happy and became nasty when we said we no longer want to move forward . After a pleasant argument we were hastily given our money back.. the kicker here in the way out the door the loser calls me a CUNT? classy!!!! ! Beware and stay clear of idiots with no class!"

Replaced and added dozens of outlets and fixtures in basement and 3 living floors, new elect heat in one room, removed old wiring and cleaned up afterwards. Work was done October 2021, no problems at all in the 3 months since then. Joe and Dave are highly recommended."
