I received calls both from David (owner I think?) and their main office. David guided me through some questions about what I was looking me for, and then directed me to most likely candidate products on their website, which is much better than the other companies I looked at. He came within days to look at our garage, and I asked them to provide quotes for three different product options. Those quotes were generated AND emailed the same day, and contained representative house pictures and all specifications, along with clear itemized pricing. Because I picked the non-standard bright white, there was a 2.5 week turnaround they communicated to me in advance, and we then scheduled the installation. Their installers were professional, thorough, and efficient, removing my old doors and replacing the new ones in less than 3 hours. I was so impressed with the service and with the efficient running of this company. Very highly recommended."
