Before the project started, Steve came out to provide an estimate and spent a lot of time with us - trying to figure out the best and most cost effective solution for our garage. His price was competitive, and he was genuinely interested in making sure we got what we wanted. Once we hired him, Steve's crew was nice and friendly and put in an honest day's work each day that they were on site. The project took a little longer than expected because the concrete that had to be demoed was thicker than originally thought. However, the floors turned out great and we're excited to use the garage! The concrete squares in the sidewalk in front of the house also turned out as good as expected. "two workers arrived just before 8AM. They vacuumed out a lot of water from the 550 gal tank and then one of the workers cut hole to access the inside of tank. They shoveled out the wet sand/soil that was in tank and put in drums. When the tank was empty they proceeded to remove tank. They did not remove any more soil from my front yard than was necessary. They were working between a tree on the front yard and a bay window of my home, very tight space. The workers were very hard working, focused on the task at hand. When tank was removed they brought in fill to level out the lawn. Approximately one week later we had a very heavy rainstorm and a crater started to appear where the tank had once been. I called and asked if add'l fill could be brought in and about 4 days later when I came home from work the crater was gone, filled in by more dirt."
