I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. "They were very nice the problem was that they didn't have any material with them, they said no material which meant either they said no material in the ad it meant they didn't supply any of the shrubs or any of the plants or anything and they didn't have any tools with them for planting or anything else but anyway I borrow some stuff from my neighbors so it was fine. They should explain in their ad that they don't supply any tools that you have to have your own gardening tools."

It's a real shame that this seems to be the norm in Orange County. No respect for the customer and no concern about follow through. Sigh.

"I meant to write this review a while ago, but I wanted to make sure I did since the work was exceptional. I had hired another contractor to remodel one of my bathrooms, but like the stories that many people have experienced, that contractor did not end up finishing the job. Laz came in, was professional and was always on time. He provided me a fair quote and got the job done. He always came by to check on the workers, made sure things were being done right, inspected the work closely and if something wasn't right, he pointed it out and made sure it was corrected. Even as the work went on, I had some other things I needed to have done in the house, some siding replaced, staining the front door. Everything came out great, and the bathroom was finished and is amazing. I would absolutely use Ebanks again, since when you do find someone reliable and the work is good, you don't need to continue to search."

"I had a very good experience and was very satisfied. My initial job required a pipe repair behind a paneled wall. Chris was very careful in removing the panels and replacing them once the repair was complete. The problem was more extensive than we expected and also required accessing the pipe from outside the house. This meant removing some of  the vinyl siding and putting it back. Once complete, you could not even tell where the repair took place.
Second job went equally well. I found the workmanship very good and Chris and his co-worker were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
