"When I bought the service I was prompted to request three dates for service and to provide phone number. Three days after the last day I requested - having heard nothing - I called their number. Call was answered by a very nice women who said she would schedule the work. The promised date was just two days after the call and they arrived on that date and performed the work. There was a minor hitch in the whole transaction: The nice woman asked me if I wanted to add fertilizer application for an additional $90. I said "No", I would do that myself. When the two workmen arrived they said "We aerate, over-seed, and fertilize, yes?" I said "No fertilizer". They looked at each other with shock and great disappointment. Since there may have been a miscommunication due to English not being the first language of Roberto's Affordable Landscaping, and since I had a lot of other things to do other than making a trip to Lowe's for a bag of fertilizer and spreading it, I told them "Yes, OK!, Fertilize!". I watered the area so that the over-seed would have a chance. Not sure I got much result. But my poor lawn need the TLC of aeration and fertilizer and for $139 + $90, I feel I received good service (as long as the fertilizer works better than the seed they spread.....)"

"Three great guys, Sebastian, Cleider, and Islander, completed renovated two horrendous plant beds, filled in the hole where my pool is so /i can tractor mow without tipping the mower, fixed bare patches in front of house, and mulched and weeded two other decent plant beds. Worked 2-1/2 days, and then came back and repaired the mulch and hydroseed when some torrential rains washed away some of their earlier work. Hydroseed and mulch were damaged due to the large slope on my lot, and my gutters being blocked up, caused the rain to pour off the roof instead of down the gutters (no extra charge!).
The yard looks 100% better. Great job!!!"
