"The service and work that Beantown provided was outstanding! From the very prompt and efficient estimate by Jim to the completion of the work from the workers everything was outstanding. Derick the project manager and his team with Tony, and others were here early on the day the work started and worked extremely hard the entire time they were here. When they left, the room was all cleaned up and it was like they were never here, except for the outstanding job on the installation of new skylights! They did a tremendous job, and they removed the old skylights that were leaking and installed the correct skylights for the pitch of our roof. We are extremely pleased with how the work was performed and how nice they now look. Previously the trim on the inside was all damaged from the leaking and continued to leak and show water stains. They repaired the trim also and now it looks fabulous and does not leak at all! It doesn't even look as if there is glass in the skylights as they are so clean and installed correctly! What an outstanding job Beantown did in a very timely and efficient time frame. The job was completed within 3 hours! We have already gotten an additional estimate for our main bathroom shower and will definately be proceeding with more work from Beantown. These guys and this company are top notch contractors and so easy and professional to deal with (and reasonably priced too)!"

Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"I couldn't be more satisfied with the work Doherty Slate Roofing did on our slate roof. Everything--from initial and on-going communication via Liz, to price, to the quality of the work itself, to the friendliness of the workers on site--was excellent! Jason even agreed to come a little outside of their normal service area to respond to my request for a careful inspection and minor repairs where slate tiles were either missing or slightly out of place. And after the inspection and repairs were done, he provided a written report with photos on the condition of our roof (which is excellent), and what we will need to do in the future to maintain its good condition. I'm very pleased that I've found a slate roof specialist that I know I can trust and count on in the future."

"Our new metal roof from East Coast Metal Roofing came out awesome! It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!"

"We are very pleased with the result. The job was done in a day by a large team, who wrapped up the house (!), stripped off the old roofing, and put in the new skylights and roof within the day. There were some delays due to poor (wet) weather, but we can't really blame Ranch Roofing for that."

"I was extremely happy with their work. The background is that I hired another roofer for a whole roof replacement earlier in the year. He is a big name on Angie's List and very well reviewed. He did a good job but told me he didn't know how to fix a section of rubber roof that abutted a wooden gutter that had been covered with metal flashing in the past. He recommended a copper roofer, who never returned my calls. Newton Roofing Residential came to my rescue. When I met the manager, Rich, it was clear to me that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He recommended a solution that solved my problem at a very reasonable price. The quote was rapid and thorough. The work was done in a timely fashion and is clearly high quality. My only regret is that I didn't hire them in the first place to do my whole roof replacement, don't make the same mistake I did."

"After our roof leaked this past winter, we needed both interior and exterior work done to repair the damage.  We called Willard after reading very positive reviews and were happy to hear they could handle all 3 aspects of the job - roofing, replacing a window, and replacing part of a ceiling that was damaged.  Mr. Willard came out to give us an estimate and explained that the roof leak had happened due to poor craftsmanship on the roof prior to us owning the house.  He explained each part of the work that needed to be done in simple terms and let us know the options we had within each portion of the work. We chose to replace additional windows while we took care of the roof leak damage.  The estimate was consistent with other estimates we had received and no prices changed during the project. Melanie handled all of our scheduling and kept us apprised of the timelines for each aspect of the work.  The roofing crew came first - they were friendly, professional, and efficient and finished their work in a day.  The same was true of the ceiling/sheetrock crew, though they did leave behind a residue on our wall.  After calling the company to ask about it, I received a call back from Mr. Willard within an hour to personally apologize for the residue and to let me know it would be rectified at my earliest convenience.  It was taken care of the following day and Mr. Willard followed up with me yet again to be certain I was satisfied with the work.  Finally, Mr. Willard?s son, PJ, installed 5 new windows to the upstairs of our house.  He was professional and friendly and did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with the quality of the work that was completed, the professionalism and punctuality of the crews, and the ease of communicating with Willard Company (returned phone calls, clear invoices, etc.).  We are now considering replacing additional windows in our home and our first call will be to Willard Company!

"Hugo, the owner, was very accommodating. I had a badly leaking flat roof, which is a small section of my entire asphalt, gabled roof. I called many roofers to get an estimate for a repair rather than a full roof replacement--since I could not afford the cost of an entire roof replacement at that time. All other contractors/roofers only wanted the larger job of a full roof replacement--which I could not do at that time. Although a complete roof replacement would have been ideal, Hugo understood my situation and agreed to do just the flat roof repair, which included replacing the rubber roof. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate. Even though he was in the middle of a large, complete home renovation project, he scheduled my repair two days later in the morning and finished the job by noon. Hugo is a fair and honest professional contractor. His expertise extends to all areas of home construction. Attention to detail and customer complete satisfaction are priorities. So you can trust him to reliably guide you through any home repair or renovation. I definitely recommend Hugo and his men. I know I will be hiring them for my future home improvement projects--big or small. Licensed and insured, as well, you can't go wrong with HT Construction!"

"Dylan does great work and is professional. Shows up when he says he will. Roof repair well done repared and did work to prevent more water damage. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years.
