Put in vent for kitchen microwave (including purchased for us at cost a new microwave) and vented through the wall and out the roof. 
Fixed leak around skylight on roof w/ elaborate and what appears to be effective solution to a chronic problem we were having 
He even fixed our broken door closer for free. 

Despite apparent successful initial installiton of the microwave vent. It  does not vent to the outside of the house. This was the same problem we had before, it blows back into the house. We have been told it was installed wrong by an inspector and that it needs to be corrected. Conway General Contracting will no longer return our calls or emails that I have sent via Angie's List website."

"Response to my email request for an estimate was immediate. Work began when expected. Labor was quiet (no yelling across distances, no loud radio) and polite. Jobs appear to be very well done and site was immaculate when completed. Contract includes statement that if additional work is necessary, customer will pay at an hourly rate. This open-ended agreement resulted about 60% increase in the cost of the windows on the final invoice. I recommend this business; however, I plan to get more estimates from other businesses for window repair/replacement."

This is a original creative design that he came up with (modifed a gate design, to add more detail). I think you will agree this guy is extremely talented. "From the quote to the follow up I was so happy with the entire process. The work is not contracted out. It was done by the family who owns the company and their employees. They were quick, considerate and accommodating to the fact I had other work going on and they had to deal with dig safe because of the gas pipeline in my yard. The price was great and right on target with my numerous other quotes. They had a wonderful selection of fences and actually listened and asked questions. I have done a lot of work on my house and this company far exceeds any of the contractors I have used so far. So much so that I have never written a review before. They just did such a great job I think other people need to know!"
