"Mike came to the house three times--first to do the estimate--and he was about 25% less that everyone else. My antenna went up when I saw this, because I thought it meant either cheap materials or shoody work. Neither was the case. His second time was to measure and the third was to re-measure after I made a change. The only issue waas we originally talked about doing it in early June adn the work got done three weeks late. I had been reaching out to McDonough Fence for over a year to request a quote to fix our fence (it had detached due to erosion over time), however, after repeated calls and finally speaking with the sales rep who conveyed disinterest in assisting (he happened to mention that he went to the property back in October, however, I was never updated that he had stopped by). He further mentioned that he didn't see an issue with having to fix it....I mentioned it was being held together with a bungee cord. I called Ideal Fence and left a message. Within an hour, Mark Nilan called and said he would stop by and take a look at both the stockade fence and the chain link which also needed to be re-aligned. Within a day, I had a call back, Mark sent over a quote and the guys were out there fixing the fences by the end of the week. The work was beautifully done. It was such a relief not having to continue to follow-up with emails, calls, etc. I wish I had reached out sooner to Mark and his team.
