"I had a major water flood disaster in my kitchen [punctured ice-maker-hose] that destroyed my hardwood floor and leaked through to the ceiling below damaging the ceiling, walls, backsplash, and countertops to my second kitchen below. The insurance company sent a recovery crew to dry out the floor, ceiling and walls; mold had set-in due to the hot & humid July 2022 temperatures. My insurance company recommended I continue with the recovery company to have my property restored but they were booked 6 weeks-out! I have a frail elderly mother that lives with me, I needed my kitchen back ASAP. John Ryan Construction came highly recommended by a friend. John personally came out to assess the work and by weeks end his crew was working on restoring my kitchen(s). John's crew found mold on the backs of the cabinets that the recovery company missed. His crew used Micro-band to clear the mold from the back of the cabinets. My kitchens are fairly new, 2018 & 2020.
