Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Newtown, CT

"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend MJA to anyone considering inside or outside renovation or repairs; they're honest and give a fair price and will go through things step by step with you which nearly impossible to find and a real treasure once you do."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"The crews were very professional and they worked to get all of our problems resolved. We love the results from our new windows and siding."

"From the initial point of contact to the ultimate outcome, Mighty Dog Roofing was outstanding. I reached out to them for a price quote for vinyl siding and Blake exuded an incredible sense of confidence and comfort. He responded to several of my calls, emails and spent the necessary time to address all of my inquiries. Overall, from scheduling the inspection, quoting, job completion, making payments and the final walkthrough was a great experience."

"Riza and his crew did a great job. We needed a small job done and he did not hesitate. Was at our house within days, made the repair at a reasonable cost and not only cleaned up after himself, but patched up and cleaned up what another contractor had done and did not charge me extra. My wife and I will definitely use them again, great job and great price"

"Anthony in sales is a top notch guy. Expectations were set and clear. It was a pleasure working with him. The crew was fast, efficient and polite. My siding looks incredible. Thank you also to Dominick for making sure it went well. I would highly recommend. Quality products are worth it in the long run."

"Artisan Building & Remodeling was an excellent choice for replacing my wind-damaged shingles. Of the various roofing companies that came out to give estimates, Brandon was the only one who insisted I let him speak to my insurance company on my behalf. He was even present when the insurance inspector came out to look at my roof. I feel I would not have succeeded on my own in negotiating anything with my insurance company. The roofing crew was very efficient in their work. Everyone on the team had a job to do, no time was wasted. Brandon was always thorough with his communications, whether it be by phone, email or text. He was always prompt – more prompt than the insurance inspector. I’m very satisfied with and highly recommend Artisan Building & Remodeling!"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"Miro and his entire crew at M Craft LLC installed vinyl siding and new gutters on my house. I am thrilled to have hired them. The house looks great, completely transformed from what it used to be. It is the work of true craftsmanship, with not a single detail left unattended. They worked tirelessly to finish the project on time, arriving early in the morning and cleaning up every night before going home. I am already thinking of hiring them for other projects."

"Ben's team showed up when promised and worked straight through to completion. The work was done professionally. They kept the area as clean as can be expected given the scale of the project. The roof looks great and after four months we've had no problems. Ben is very professional and responsive to all questions and concerns. The only downside to Ben's work was the price. He was the highest of the three bids we received. The lowest bid was about half of what Ben quoted but that company didn't seem trustworthy. Ben's quote was about 10% higher than the middle bidder but Ben won our work because of the references and the ease of working with him. He also has said that he guarantees the work and will come out if we have any problems. So far we've not had to call him.
