"Just wanted to thank Green Heating Cooling & Electric for coming out when they did. Our heater was not working on a day where the outside temperature was 34 degrees. Called several heating companies but they all couldn't come out until after noon. Then I was fortunate to call Green Heating Cooling & Electric and George told me they can come out in late morning. I agreed but asked if he could find a way to come earlier. He called me back minutes later to tell me they were able to fit us in within the next half hour. I was so thankful for their rescheduling efforts. Then when the servicemen came, they were very professional. Checked the system: water level, damper operation, gas switch, venting, etc. Along the way, they explained what to look for and found that the blocked vent switch triggered and had cut off gas to the heater. Soon, the heater was running again. All in all, great experience and was happy to have called Green Heating Cooling & Electric."

"I hired Five Star Roof Cleaning to clean the roof of my Mom’s rancher in Skillman, NJ. I’m very pleased with the work Paul and his company did! Mom’s house is going to be put up for sale in the Spring, and I wanted it to have more curb appeal by getting rid of those ugly black mold stripes and up and down the roof. Also, a few roof areas had green moss patches growing on it (which is harmful to the asphalt roofing tiles). All these problem areas were taken care of! Five Star Roof Cleaning came with all the equipment (hoses, ladders, safety equipment, etc.) and cleaning chemicals needed – all that I needed to provide was a water hose connection. I especially appreciate Paul’s concern for a quality job. The first scheduled date for the project had to be postponed because there was slight snow on part of the roof. Paul said he didn’t want to clean a roof with “frozen” roof tiles because they are too rigid and might break/chip during the cleaning process. Bravo for his concern! Next, I hired him for roof cleaning, but he also cleaned the gutters (not only with both an air blower and power washing, but also simply bending over and hand-picking out the clumps of leaves stuck underneath the gutters / asphalt tiles). He was also concerned about the cleaning chemicals that were sprayed on the roof that might “accidentally” clean other house surfaces and took steps to circumvent that from happening (you’d think that “accidentally” cleaning other areas would be desirable, but unfortunately it wouldn’t clean everything evenly and in the end, would make the cleaning project look cockeyed). Regarding the price, the amount he quoted was the price I paid (despite a slight increase in the scope of the project). I had gotten another quote from a different roof cleaning firm for double the price and found them very slimeball’ish with their aggressive sales tactics and avoiding answering simple questions. I would absolutely recommend Paul and Five Star Roof Cleaning to others!"

"I found A2Z on Angie's list. If you've never found someone there, you can click 1-4 contractors for a job and they should all call you. A2Z was the only one that called and they called within an hour! It was actually a representative of the company, ya know like they have a legit business. It wasn't the same person that fixes stuff, and answers the phone, and schedules appointments etc. An assistant or office manager called me. She was very Friendly and professional. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Victor called me at said he was there the morning of the appointment. He was there early in the estimated arrival window too! Amazing! He found the issue quickly, which was a leaking window, not a roof leak, as the other guy from another "company"said. Victor was easy to work with, he showed up on time, he sent me a quote and the quote ended up being the price. He was reliable and answered my phone calls and texts. Price-wise, Ivan was the most expensive, but the quality or product and experience to work with were worth it. He gave me a quote on the spot, agreeing to email it to me for further consideration. Once chosen, he worked both Saturday and Sunday until the job was complete, even installing little hooks so we can mount Christmas lights on the gutters with the Gutterglove product installed. I would certainly recommend him and use him for future projects if they come up.
