"Joe Fisher ,the owner, called the day we put in the search for roofing help. He was very personable and friendly. He talked a great deal about himself ,family and his roofing experience so we hired him. I was a little disappointed we never received the formal typed contract. He related stories his assets were frozen and he brought another hand written paper? The roof appears to be fine so far and the flashing is holding up. His methods are a little shaky so I don't know about the warranty but so far so good!"

A2Z was the only one that called and they called within an hour! It was actually a representative of the company, ya know like they have a legit business. It wasn't the same person that fixes stuff, and answers the phone, and schedules appointments etc. An assistant or office manager called me. She was very Friendly and professional. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Victor called me at said he was there the morning of the appointment. He was there early in the estimated arrival window too! Amazing! He found the issue quickly, which was a leaking window, not a roof leak, as the other guy from another "company"said. Victor was easy to work with, he showed up on time, he sent me a quote and the quote ended up being the price. He was reliable and answered my phone calls and texts. I tell you, that is unheard of in the contracting business. My tenant even said she had a good experience with him and he was pleasant. I totally recommend Victor and A2Z Home Remodeling!!
