"We hired Russell Renovation to finish a 1300 sq ft unfinished basement. Tim, Seth and the crew exceeded my expectations. We hired them based on reading reviews online, we had 1 recommendation from a friend of a friend, and after meeting Tim he showed us 2 basements he did. They created a beautiful downstairs living space. The basement has numerous rooms - bedroom, bathroom, weight room, family room and playroom. Here are some things we would highlight based on our experience: - High Quality: the craftsmanship and attention to detail was great. My wife and I are both anal engineers. They did not disappoint. - Very Clean: they took great care to keep the entire house clean. They covered our floors at the beginning of each day and removed them at the end of each day. They used vacuums systems to minimize dust. Every day they would clean up the basement. - Professional and Courteous: All around great people to work with. Not the stereotypical contractors. Very respectful and courteous. - Works With Your Ideas: He took our ideas and enhanced them. He was open to different concepts. Helped us create an awesome layout. They are very creative. There experience buying basements was huge. - Great Contacts For Supplies - Tim told us he recommends people and businesses who have met his high expectations before. The tile retailer and cabinet retailer were very helpful. - Built Ins - Tim and Seth made some beautiful built ins. They did a built-in-the-wall aquarium, built in entertainment center, and built in storage cabinets in playroom. Impressive craftsmanship. Huge attention grabbers when people see the basement. - Cost: the cost was inline with what we expected for a quality basement. We did not know Tim and Seth before, but after they left, we felt like they were our friends. Great guys. Very trustworthy. We highly recommend them for basements or other home renovations. We will be calling them back to renovate our dining room next."

"My experience with Chris was fantastic. Very professional, work is thorough, and he did not cut any corners. Very easy to work with to get the job done exactly as the customer wants. Services included removal of a load bearing wall, new windows, door, electrical, cabinet install. I have recommended Chris and his team to many other people who have only had positive experiences as well. The job site was always left clean which is nice when you want to check out the progress and don't have to trip over tools and debris. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of work. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Our Technician Alex called us in advance to advise he would be at our home within 10 to 15 minutes & he was right on time. He was friendly & pleasant & advised us about how long the job would take. We have a dog we watch during the day & Alex won him over by talking kindly to him & allowing him to follow him to our Cellar where the old water heater needed to be replaced. Again Alex was on time telling us that his replacement would take approximately an hour's time & that's about all it took. He worked quietly & efficiently & explained how the new heater would work once it was installed. He was neat & cleaned up after himself & we couldn't have been more pleased that this process from originally making the call only took a few days for us to get the Job set up. We would definitely call this Company in the future if any Plumbing or Heating repairs are needed. Alex was a complete professional on the job & I'd recommend his service to anyone who is interested in a similar repair & replacement."

"The online reviews and the sales pitch were outstanding. When it came to actually doing the work, the biggest failure was the lack of communication between the design department and the project manager and the onsite carpenter. I ended up paying a lot of money and not being satisfied with the end product. The project manager blew me off and minimized my concerns and then claimed he didn't. My husband is still replacing (2 months later) baseboard and door and window casing that they were going to charge us $90/hour to refit and replace. They also installed a washer and dryer and didn't take out the shipping struts. Luckily my husband guessed that they didn't do it, so our expensive washer was not ruined. I have to pay to have the shower floor replaced, but I can't afford to do it at the moment. They claim it's the materials I chose, but I think it's the way it was installed. I dread getting into my shower now... I reached out to them to detail my experience and they said they were sorry, but didn't take any responsibility, and they didn't offer to fix it. Oh well."

"Zach has fixed several small problems and performed minor home renovations around our home over the past two years - everything from installing a new window in the basement, to repairing a leaky roof, digging and installing a French ditch on one side of our home, and grinding out and sealing a leaky section of basement wall.  He has completed every single job with the utmost degree of skill and professionalism; on the rare occasion that we have had an ongoing issue that wasn't fixed "the first time," Zach has come back to reexamine (and fix) the problem at no additional charge.  As far as price goes, he charges what a job SHOULD cost; by that I mean, when we have tried to "go cheap," it has always failed, and we have called Zach in to fix the cheap work and solve the problem.  Experience has now taught us to call him the first time, and do the job right from the get-go!"
