"John and his crew did an excellent job prepping and painting the exterior of our house and garage -- both 2-story buildings. They came one day and power washed everything. Very thorough job! Then they came back a few days later and sanded and sanded -- much more than we thought they would. They pointed out anything that needed to be replaced and offered to replace them if we wanted. "Contractor had worker install wall exhaust fan in bathroom and stain outside, 2nd floor, rear deck. A necessary modification needed to be performed after the install to prevent cold air from flowing into bathroom, which was done in a timely manner and rightfully at no charge. Two coats of stain were applied to the deck at a reasonable cost. The workers cleaned up after themselves sufficiently, were respectful and responsive to needs of owner. I would recommend contractor to others should they offer competitive bids first needed work."
