"It went very well. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I deal with Tim and he has the highest scruples of any person I've ever dealt with. He is a hard worker and he comes when I call him almost within 24 hours. He does the work cleanly and he does it well. He backs it up. One time I had a problem in my basement 6 to 8 months after he came with a very small leak. It was a faulty seal on a toilet he installed. He did all the cosmetic repair and everything. He did all of that without charging me. He stands by his work and he is neat. He gives me an estimate and he is always a few dollars within that estimate. He is really a decent guy to work with. He did my water heater. It wasn't that old so he said he would replace the thermostat and if that didn't do it, he would give me the credit for that work for a new one. That is exactly what happened and he credited the whole amount including the thermostat and labor from the first work. He is a little pricey but you pay for what you get. It is a fair price. I would highly recommend him to anybody."
