"We hired this company because they advertised an organic "NO ODOR" cleaning product/service. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00am....they arrived at 9:15am. After setting up the hoses, they immediately began spraying a very strong citrus chemical product all over our home. I assumed this was the "organic" part of the cleaning process and also assumed the strong odor would dissipate after the carpets dried. I actually left the home unattended as I was unable to handle the overpowering chemical scent. By late evening, the odor was still permeating the entire home and I called the owner. He admitted that his technicians had made a mistake applying the citrus spray and offered to come to my home Saturday morning and "wash" it again to remove the odor. After leaving all doors and windows open overnight, running fans in every room and leaving the air conditioner on 65 all night, by morning the odor was faint but noticeable. When the owner, Virgil Niblett, and his technician, Ben, came to our home Saturday morning, they again admitted their mistake but offered no resolution or even a discount for the poor service. I told Virgil (owner) that after paying $624.90, he should at the very minimum, offer a rebate or a complete refund. I mentioned that I had agreed to pay the extra $249.00 for the "organic" product with NO ODOR and understood the bill was high but his crew of two made a serious health-impairing mistake and were finished in less than 45 minutes. THE BILL WAS EXCESSIVE! TO SAY THE SERVICE WAS POOR IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. THEIR REFUSAL TO EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR THEIR SERVICE SHOWS THEIR COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!"
