"Not great. Fence was installed for $6000. However, the person digging holes for posts, broke two sprinkler lines and then mixed the pvc pieces with the cement for the posts. And he cut through the wires for the sprinkler system and they had to be replaced. I also told them I have an escape artist foster dog. They recommended a bottom rail on the fence and that has helped tremendously to keep her from digging out. However, I also told them that she can bust through the fence by banging against it. They didn't believe me. She was out and gone the first day. I asked them to set the bottom wires only 4-5 inches apart and they set them about 2' apart. It was easy for her to push her way through. When I called to complain, they sent someone out to bring a large handful of ties. Unfortunately, I don't have the strength to put on ties nor secure the fence. Now I have to put that foster dog on a staked lead to keep her close. I shouldn't have to do that after spending so much money on a fence. Several days after the install, my new neighbor came over and asked for the contact information for Fence Pro. I asked if he liked the fence and he said it had nothing to do with the fence but that they had driven across his property in their heavy truck and broke two sprinkler heads off. He tried to stop them but couldn't catch them. So, all in all, I had to pay an additional $695 to have the sprinkler lines and heads redone and my dog still gets out."

"Everything went smooth. Pat, the estimator for the company, came out and we discussed what I wanted done, which was remove and replace existing wood fence with some wood posts being replaced with steel, and remove chain link fence. He gave me a quote and I accepted the quote and told him I wanted to hire. He said Luke, the owner, would contact me. He mentioned that they were about two weeks out from getting my work done. The next day or two, Luke sent me the contract, via email. I signed, scanned and returned it to him. Luke called me about 9 a.m. on Tuesday, about two weeks after Pat came out, and asked me if I was ready for his crew to come out to get the work done. The 2-man (brothers) crew came later that morning and began. By 5 p.m. they were done. I went out to check on them and they were starting to put their equipment in the truck and clean up. I was surprised they got done so quickly. For some reason, I was expecting they wouldn't get done until the next day. The new fence looks beautiful; much improvement over the old one. They did a wonderful job and you can tell they take pride in their work. I am so happy with this company and definitely would hire again should I need their services."
