"Mr. David Hardy was waiting for us at the appointed time and I accompanied him during the inspection with one exception. The way into the attic crawl space was via a door in the ceiling of the garage and he had to climb up using an extension ladder. I was concerned that the bathroom exhausts were not vented to the outside. They were not, and he took pictures to show me. Mr. Hardy was excellent and very knowledgeable. He emailed me a detailed report complete with photos by the same afternoon. The radon test that I requested required two days to complete, and I had those results by email as well.
