"The $7,000 project ended up costing us $123,000 because they dry-cut through the slab in our family room releasing asbestos dust throughout the entire house causing us to have to live in a Hampton Inn for 43 days. They cut the slab without supporting it and it collapsed enough to cause our brick fireplace face to have several cracks in it. With all the repairs we had to have done, the asbestos abatement project and replacing all our clothing, betting and some furniture, and with the amount our insurance company shorted us, we lost $43,000 of our retirement savings. "Great! I purchased this home in June of 2018, from MN, and had a different contractor hired to do all of the above, as of the day I closed, July 9. I was planning on moving in mid August. July 3 I found out the contractor I thought I had hired would not be able to do the job. I called Chris the morning of July 4. He met with my realtor at the house and took the job. Of course he was not able to start right away, but he had all the work completed by and I was able to move by mid September. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
