After waiting several days, I gave up and called Animal Management. Someone actually answered and had an appointment for me very quickly. Craig was the technician that was sent. Per my request, he did a thorough inspection, removed the birds, and made the other suggestions. I agreed with all and the repairs were scheduled. Two gentlemen arrived at the scheduled date and time and spent the whole day doing a great job. Craig also stopped by to assist for some of the repairs.
