"I called Nathan and he answered right away. He was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. I called a few other places and he was the only one who could answer my questions and give a free estimate. He came within the hour, replaced our water heater and the piping around it all within the price he first gave me, will definitely use him as our plumber!"

"I have been using Dan from D & C for 15+ years and have been well pleased with the quality of service and products. He has been able to solve my problems with hardness and general water quality, one of which was a vexing problem with water-borne algae slime from the city municipal water system. Basic service call is $90.00."

"Pampering Plummer installed a tankless water heater about 18 months ago and the unit failed in early December. I have used Pampering Plumber for all our plumbing needs for around nine years. Eddie has been our primary service provider, however, for this call he was not available. Still received excellent service. The labor warranty was expired, so I was charged for diagnostics and part installation. I was a little dismayed with the cost of the repair to this relatively new tankless water heater, but I did not complain too much due to all the good will I have with this company for its excellent service, and on a couple occasions, over and beyond the required service."

"Descaled my tankless water heater"

"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! The service and support over the phone from Kelly was top notch and was above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Kelly Plumbing for your plumbing needs. If the in house service is as good as the over the phone services you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for the help !!"

"This was a somewhat challenging job from the start in that two 40 circuits had to be pulled from our breaker box (which was already full) to a central location in our house on the second floor (through the truss work). The electrical work had to be choreographed with the plumbers who installed the tankless water heaters. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Due to the nature of the job it required several trips to our home, but the finished product looks very nice. I cannot express how comforting it is to work with a punctual, conscientious, and competent service technician."
