"He quickly call me after me asking for service, he came in the morning next day and told me he can start ASAP, I said Yes. He came the next day and start working with another person. I asked a few times for the contract or at least a receipt, and he said he was coming the next day to verify everything was good and complete anything that was not done, until this time more than 1 weeks he hasn?t come back , called me back, or emailed my receipt and paperwork. He got the money and disappeared, then I find out he overcharged me for the work, he take advantage of new young homeowner 1st time looking for help. It?s sad because now we don?t trust anyone, We learn our lesson. "

After finishing the project late, I was disappointed and frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and sloppiness, particularly with the trim and caulking. I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."

"I did my homework before selecting Jerry’s Roofing. Given the cost and importance of a project like this, I’m glad I got this one right. I saw they have been in business longer than anyone I found and had an excellent reputation. Even my coworkers and friends had great things to say about them. After checking out my roof, Jerry gave me a very fair quote that included more sheets of plywood than any of my other quotes. That really helped in my situation. Unfortunately, my roof was in worse shape than I realized and a lot of the wood had to be replaced. Fortunately for me, I selected the right company and these guys worked hard and late. Even though my roof damage was extensive, which really should not have been a shock to me considering the age, Jerry’s Roofing took care of us, and at a good price. The crew showed up on time and got started immediately. Very professional guys and obviously very experienced. They took the time to clean up and also explain to me what was going on with the project. Glad to have this repair completed. My new roof looks great! "I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."
