"H&H did an absolutely fantastic job on my home driveway. I've had a bad experience with an asphalt contractor in the past, so I took my time to research all the options this time around. I am so glad I went with H&H. The entire experience from the moment I requested a quote, to the completion of the job was handled perfectly. Justin, one of the owners, came out to quote the job less than 24 hours after my request. His price was very fair, and he gave me a great deal of confidence that my driveway job would be handled well. I asked if he had done any driveways near my house and when those driveways were completed. Later that day the H&H admin team sent me a document with several nearby driveways and the year they were done. The H&H driveways look great the day they are installed and also seem to hold up years down the line. Scheduling was a breeze thanks to Sarah in the H&H office. I had a day on the calendar three-weeks after I agreed to the quote. I had to re-schedule once and it was no problem. On the day of the project, a crew of 9 guys showed up right on time. They were all total pros, led by Jeff the foreman. They demoed and removed my old driveway, laid a fresh crushed stone base, and then a beautiful layer of new asphalt that was compacted to perfection. Even the edges look great, which is not easy to achieve. All this was done in 4 hours. I can't say enough good things about H&H. They restored my confidence in the asphalt contractor industry."

We searched for a paving contractor with an excellent reputation and after receiving several estimates we selected O. Cooper. We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. He arrived at the property on time, and we were able to walk the project virtually discussing our vision and expectations. He promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work to be performed along with a price quote. Once onsite we were impressed with the obvious preparation, coordination, and execution of the project. We are so pleased with the way the driveway turned out and are grateful to O. "Our 40-year old driveway was seriously cracked from tree roots and could not be resealed anymore, because the tree roots had caused the driveway to raise up in certain areas. We asked three companies for estimates for having our old asphalt driveway dug up, tree roots shaved down, and widening our driveway a little. We felt most comfortable with IBC, because of Rigo, the owner who seemed to really understand what we wanted. We chose IBC were not disappointed. Every one of the workers who came out were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They finished the work in two days and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. We are so happy with the way the driveway looks! Even where they dug up the grass on the side of the driveway to widen it was very neatly done. They took the grass and placed it on a bare spot in the side yard, so now even that looks good. I would definitely use this company again if I needed more work done."

We agreed on a price and set a date for the project. Her team was at my home promptly, began work quickly, did not stop until the work was complete. "After doing our homework, getting multiple bids, and evaluating the knowledge & professionalism of local companies (and not so local folks that come here to make a profit) we went with A-Pak for our driveway asphalt paving. To us, the choice was very easy. A-Pak was very responsive, on-time, and highlighted areas about our driveway that we were missing in plain sight. Their explanation was logical, clear, and straight to the point, even that I (an average homeowner) could comprehend. The more we researched, the more the choice was clear. These guys are local, real, employed local folks, and have the warranty and after sales support that one would come to expect. They are flexible in their payment method and not cash/check only place that vanishes the minute the work is done with all risk left to the customer. They walked me through what to look for and how to evaluate a good job that lasts versus a superficial topical job that will collapse in no time. The work itself was very timely, professional and spot on. Everything looks great and the compliments are already flowing in. Oh, how about the price? I don't know how they do it, but it was extremely competitive and fair. So fair, that we were able to do a more extensive job than originally planned. "We had our driveway (~3000 sq ft) completely re-paved the prior year, so the new pavement is almost exactly a year old, and so we started looking for companies to seal the driveway. After researching and talking to several people, we decided that we wanted to have the driveway sealed with "oil-based" (vs. "water-based") sealant, and we contacted a number of companies in our area (near DC; mostly via Angieslist.com) but Paveco was one of the few companies that we found that did oil-base sealing. According to Sheila (Paveco) they ONLY use oil-based sealant. [Oil-based sealant will "soak into" the asphalt, whereas water-based sealant "coats" or sits on top of the asphalt. What we were told was that because the water-based sealant sits on top of the asphalt, it is possible that, with the asphalt expanding and contracting, small cracks can appear.] It was not always possible to contact the company "immediately", I think because they are pretty busy, but they always responded to messages that we left for them, and they also responded to our emails. We actually ended up kind of "negotiating" for re-sealing our own driveway plus for one of our neighbors, and Paveco was very flexible with scheduling the work, which was great and gave both of us very good prices (one of the other companies that said they could do oil-based sealing quoted us prices that were significantly higher; plus that other company could not give us a definitive timeframe for getting the job done, which was important, because we wanted to get the sealing done before the weather got too cold). As far as the job itself, they (Paveco) showed up exactly as scheduled, and they did a very neat job, and put ribbon/tape in front of our driveway after they were done. I am not an "expert", but to us (my wife and I) they did a very nice job and were very professional. Overall? Recommended (if you need driveway sealing done :)) !"
